Years ago we began to understand the need to consume foods and beverages that were free of chemical treatments and additives. The world was beginning to think about a more sustainable lifestyle and we wanted to collaborate with this idea.
Our objective is not only to produce high quality distillates, we also wanted to create the purest and we have achieved it.
Our distillates are filtered with the virgin waters from the melting of the Sierra Nevada snow, probably the highest quality waters in Spain.
In addition, we exclusively use organic botanicals from the Mediterranean during the distillation process and we strictly follow all the processes of organic farming.

Our Vodka & Gin, hold the Organic Certification issued by the European Union CAAE approved by TTB "Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau in the USA.
Producing organically means respecting the rules of organic farming. These standards are designed to promote environmental protection, maintain Europe's biodiversity and build consumer confidence in organic products.
These guidelines govern all areas of the production process and are based on a series of principles such as the prohibition of the use of GMOs, ionizing radiation, limiting the use of artificial fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides as well as the use of hormones restricting the use of antibiotics.
The word "Kosher" means "fit for consumption according to Jewish Law".
Our certification for our Gin and Vodka is called "Parve", which corresponds to those neutral products, that is, they have not been made with meat or dairy products.
For a product to be considered gluten-free, it must contain less than 20 parts per million (PPM) of this protein.
Our London Dry Gin and our Vodka have been analyzed by the renowned Biomedal laboratories and the results certify that they are all completely gluten-free.
Although our organic Gin and Vodka come from alcohol wheat grain, during the distillation process any trace that may contain gluten is removed.
